Another bad day for the my stocks again!
Bad sentiments for S-chips listed in Singapore is looming due to the recent 2 cases of China Hongxing and Hongwei (which was in my radar previously) of their accounting issues. Both companies are suspended now. There is also an article - Confessions of a S-Chip CEO, which is circulating further dampen the investors confidence for S-Chips. Textile stocks are particularly badly affected today.
http://nextinsight.net/index.php/story-archive-mainmenu-60/36-2009/1080-confessions-of-a-s-chip-ceo-unabridged
To play on the safe side, I cancelled all the queues last night except for ISDN after reading the articles. However, didn't any trade today even though ISDN hits 14.5cents.
Strategy for tomorrow:
HSI, Shanghai Index are both up today. Dow is up 80+ points at this point of time. Only STI was down. My take is tml STI will gap up in the morning but weakness will kick in during the evening trade. Trading range should be ard +20 to -20.
Will continue to queue for ISDN @14/14.5cents. As for China Taisan, post good result but still pending announcement for its dividend. As long as the company continue to give out dividend to show investors that they are really having the cash that they claim, confidence will flow back and I believe the price will return to at least 18cents. Hence will be queuing @14.5/15cents.
Will watch and see how the market turn out before deciding the next step.
Hope everyone is doing fine! HUAT AH~!

What a day for STI on Friday!
STI rebounded much stronger than I have expected! 50points up. hmm..
Anyway, no matter how good STI perform, its still my stocks performance that matters most.
Trade for the day(Friday):
Sold the other half of ziwo @31cents.
Buy 2 lots of Sinotel @27cents =.="
Queuing to buy back....
ISDN @14.5cents
Sinotel @27cents. But only managed get 2 lots out of the total lots that I queued up for. =.=" damn it. should have bought the rest at 27.5cents. Now like damn bo hua. Need to pay commission of $25 for a $500+ stock.
Both stocks ended up, @15.5cents and 29cents respectively.
Due to the lack of capital, I have choose to release Ziwo @30cents and @31 cents to play on the safe side. I have also missed out to buy in Leader Environment
which runs up from the low of 20cents recently to 22.5cents close on Friday. A good 10%+ return.
China Taisan - closed @17cents on Friday. Went to as low as 16cents during the intra day trade. Will buy in if it goes to 16cents again. Should have capital after selling Ziwo. Financial report should be out next week. If the result is good, the price should shoot up.
China Enviroment - closed @19.5cents on Friday. Last bought in @20cents. Will buy in more if it goes down to 18-18.5cents.
Sinotel - closed @29cents. Down 2cents from the price I bought in. Will avg down if the price goes down again.
Outlook:
Will still play fast in fast out in this volatile market. Continue to look at those companies that I have mentioned previously. I will wait for price to come down before buying more. No chasing of stocks for me.
Have a great weekend!

Just one updates for the day!
Sold Ziwo @30cents in the morning trade. It went down to 28.5cents again at closing. =.="
Almost bought in Hongwei at 18.5cents today before it came to a trading halt. I seriously think that it is very oversold. But anyways, its halted now. Can't trade it until it remove the halt.
I guess we are seeing 2800+ soon if the crisis in the African and Middle East countries doesn't get resolve in any near future. However, this is the time when panic selling arises. Choose the right company and one can still be rewarded after the dust has settled down.
Looking at the same few companies:
Sinotel
Ziwo
Taisan
China Environment
ISDN
Leader Environment
Hongwei
Will update again when got new trades! Cheers!

Quick Update!
Sold all ISDN @15cents.
Bought in ziwo @28cents. (now avg price of ard 29.5cents)
Market outlook:
Looks like the market is not so ready to rebound quickly. Is kind of a correction for DOW now as it has been on the rise for quite sometime even when the Asia markets start to correct 1-2weeks ago. Plus the current situation at Libya, STI market should be trading between 2800-3100 range.
Strategy:
Fast in fast out for some quick bucks. Queue for those companies which are fundamentally sound but have corrected more than 20% recently.
Stocks in radar:
1. waiting to avg down Sinotel and China Environment if they go down further.
2. Hongwei - drop from the recent high at 27cents to current 20.5cents. Will buy in some if it drops below 20cents.
3. ISDN - will buy in again at 14/14.5cents
4. LeaderEnv - didnt manage to buy in during the latest sell off due to exceeding credit limit. =.=". it rebounded back to 21.5cents from lowest 20cents. Still have potential for upside as it came down from the high of 32cents recently. But on the safe side, will consider it again if it goes down back to 20cents or lower.
Thats all for now! Its getting very exciting in this kind of market. Wish me luck once again.
May you guys HUAT TOO!

What a day for STI!
A very bad day for penny stocks. In fact, managed to buy in quite a number of stocks that I queued for today.
Update of recent trades:
ISDN:
Sold @16cents on Monday 21st Feb (hit the highest of 17cents)
Buy back avg of 14.75cent(14.5&15cents today 22nd Feb.
Ziwo:
Buy in @31cents 22nd Feb
China Environment:
Buy in @20cents 22nd Feb
China Taisan:
Buy in @17.5cents 22nd Feb
Market outlook:
Another similar to Dubai crisis, Eur crisis in the making? Market once again making use of the current 'bad news' to correct the market. So the key question is how long and deep is the correction? Today, penny stocks dropped quite badly. some stocks are even seeing back to 2009 prices. I really believe some are oversold and will have some technical rebound soon. Some companies are posting their final year financial report soon too. As long as the company is showing growth and good prospect, it worth considering adding in some stocks into our portfolio. Wish me luck as I am almost 100% vested!!

As promised, time to update my previous months' trades over here. No other intention. Just for sharing. ^.^
On my second last post, I have updated my trades on 5th Nov 2010. Hence I would just update the trades that I have made after that.
Holdings then:
1. China Taisan @19.5cents
2. Action Asia @19.5cents
3. China Environment @25cents
Trade after 5th Nov:
China Taisan:
Buy @20cents on 15th Nov
Buy @18cents on 23rd Nov
Buy @17.5cents on 13th Dec
Buy @18cents on 15th Dec
Sell @19cents 31st Dec
Sell @20cents 3rd Jan
Buy @19.5cents 5th Jan
Buy @18.5cents 10th Jan
Sell @19.5cents 12th Jan
Buy @18cents 25th Jan
Sell @18.5cents 31st Jan
Buy @18cents 15th Feb
Buy @17.5cents 16th Feb
Sell @18cents 18th Feb (Latest)
China Environment:
Buy @23cents 11th Nov
Sell @25cents 14th Dec
Buy @23.5cents 15th Dec
Buy @23.5cents 14th Jan
ISDN
Buy @14.5cents 11th Feb
Sinotel
Buy @31cents 15th Feb
As these trades update do not come with the buying and selling volume, its doesn't really give a clear picture on how good or bad the trade is. But anyway,
its more for the 'fun' purpose to share over here. haha..
My current portfolio:
1. China Environment @23.5cents
Recently posted a good financial report. 50% jump in profit as compared to last year. Have been waiting for chances to average down. Been queuing at 21cents, 20.5cents and 20cents on different days. But didn't manage to get the price that I queued for on those days so far.
Dual Listing(in hongkong) and good prospect(waste treatment and recycling industries in China) give me the confidence to avg down the stock whenever it goes down. It is at one of its lowest price in recent year. Hence I think it has a good profit-loss risk as downside is limited from here(Unless something big happened to the market). BUY IN Price: 20-21cents.
2. China Taisan @18cents
Price very much well supported at 17.5cents. If one can observe, Taisan usually is able to make a 'comeback' every time after hitting 17-17.5cents price range.
Low PE(~5) and respectable yield(~5%) makes it still attractive to me.
Will still BUY IN more @17-17.5cents when chance arise.
3. ISDN @14.5cents
Just report its final year financial report.
*** ISDN Holdings Limited net profit for full-year FY2010
rebounds by more than four-fold to $10.7 million as revenue increased by 53.4% to $163.6 million.....
...ISDN’s Board of Directors has proposed final dividends of 0.5 cents per share..***
Good prospect: New Ventures: Coal Mining and High-Tech Farming
Would buy in more if price goes down to 13.5-14cents.
4. Sinotel @31cents
Still awaiting for FR. Dealing with telecom infrastructure in China, the business looks stable. Bought in base on the T.A. point of view. Oversold currently. Waiting for rebound to 35-37cents.
Overall picture:
Currently 80% of capital vested. Bought in quite a bit during this minor correction from 3150 to 3050. Outlook still not very clear but its very obvious that some stocks are in oversold territory.
Stocks like China Gaoxian, Ziwo, Leader Environment and China Animal are some of the stocks thats oversold in my radar. Will update again if I have anymore trades! Hope to see more updates from other comrades here! Lets HUAT in the year of RABBIT!! HUAT AH!~

It has been a long time since i have last updated. It wasn't a quiet trade for me. Just that i haven't really get enough time to update all the previous trades. But be sure that i will share my previous two months trades soon.
But for the recent dip, i have added in more stocks into my current portfolio.
Recent trades:
1. China taisan- buy @17.5 n 18 cents. (avg of 17.75cents)
has been trading this stock all this while. Last sold the stocks @18.5 cents.the stock has the tendency to. rebound @ 17cents range base on previous trading pattern. Hence is heavily vested in this trade. Wish me luck.
2. Isdc - buy @14.5 New stock in radar. Into high tech farming. Looks gd if the food price keeps going up.
3. Sinotel - buy @31 cents. Sound business. Price oversold. waiting for a rebound
just a short updated for my recent trades. Gd luck to all who are buying on this dip!
Shall update again. Cheer

SafetyChaos - 010
A recent small influx of capital allowed me to move from 'standing at the bylines' to 'getting into it'. Due to some poor money management on my investment capital, I had no choice but to watch some of my 'good picks' went 'berserk'. I have been telling myself that I'll work on this poor aspect and hope to improve on it the next time. But it seems that talking is always easy.
Instead of sitting on my pile of 'new capital'. I decided to invest short-term in a stock which I've been eying for a long time. That stock is call Wilmar. I believe most people will be familiar with it. If not, please feel free to click on the link below and spend some time understanding what they do.
To sum up what their business is pretty simple. They're into the commodities sector and recently diversified into property. Let me explain on why I brought Wilmar.
Wilmar is a good company. A strong balance recent, good revenue, good cash flow. Commodities is a sector that is kinda 'resilient' to bad times, at least this is how I feel. In dad or good times, one will still need to eat, and eat means to cook (mostly). Cooking will require things like sugar, oil etc. And those are the items that Wilmar provides. Thus, we can say that Wilmar's business is sort of a 'economic moat'. We all know that Wilmar rewarded our dear Mr. Peter Lim handsomely for his investment in it over the years. Thus we can say that business and financially wise, its falls into the good company category.
All good companies will have their bad days once in a while and sad to say, Wilmar had 2 of them recently. About a year ago, Wilmar was charge with tax fraud claims in Indonesia. This causes its share prices to drop from a high of S$7 to a low of S$5.50+. It soon recovered to around S$6+ before dropping down to the recent low of S$5.35+ due to its diversification into properties and the bad timing of the China government to curb the hot property bubble.
I have been keeping a watch of it since the days of the S$7 per share. When it dropped due to the tax fraud, I was tempted to buy, but didn't commit the transaction due to fear of it might go even lower. The opportunity presented itself but I didn't take it and I was set to miss out on a good rally on Wilmar. From a low of S$5.50+, it went recovered to almost S$7. Which compute to around +20+% gain. However, the rally was short-lived as things start to go downhill from there when Wilmar announced that it is diversifying its business by going into properties in a joint-venture. The market is targeted at China, who are in the means of trying to curb it's red hot properties sector. A double whammy. The investors took it badly as one can see from the decline in price. Having told myself beforehand that I shall not 'miss' the opportunity if it comes again, I set my entry price at S$5.45. The initial thoughts was to price it at around S$5.40, but I feel that it's too low of a price. I do have to admit here that, there's a 'trying to catch a falling knife' mentality. We all know how 'dangerous' it is to 'catch a falling knife' bare handed. Most of the time, one will get cut. This time round, there's no difference. Good news is that I managed to get Wilmar. Bad news is that Wilmar close at $5.34. I was abit angry at myself for not putting in more thoughts before I set the buy price, but this is what happens when there's greed. For all the things I have said in my previous post on greed and fear, I guess I should really do what I say.
Though the outlook isn't rosy for Wilmar, I believe that investors will soon realized that diversifying business isn't all that bad. It's a risk, that may or may not reap good returns. But without trying, who knows what will the outcome be.
Bottom line for this post. Fear, Greed, Money Management and if one is unsure of what to do, never never rush it.
Caveat Emptor,
