Market Outlook:

Window dressing for many indexes? Many blue stocks went up today but not the penny stocks.
Will see if can do one or two more trades during this correction before the pennies start to recover. Here come June. Wish me luck as how I wish for everyone. Huat ah~~!

Quick Update:

Sold China Environment(buy @17cents) @18cents
Still holding on to those bought @18cents.

Outlook:
Now is I am currently almost 100% in stocks le. Just left with ammo for one or two more trade. The rest would be on contra if I ever got them at the queue price. Now my two biggest holdings are China Taisan and China Environment. I hope I can get Taisan @13-13.5cents this time round. Miss out the buying during the last correction in March. Will me luck~! Hope you guys have some cheap and good deals in this correction! Cheers and HUAT AH~!

Quick Updates:

Buy China Environment @18cents on 19/05
Buy China Environment @17cents on 23/05

Outlook:

As mentioned in previous post, the price is going lower for many counters and its shopping time for me. This down turn, or correction, is once again due to Euro debts problem, which is pretty similar to the correction in March. I will still continue to buy in when the price goes lower. I believe many are in oversold territory and should recover unless something 'big'happened.

I am taking the risk now as I am going against the 'fortune-teller' chart where it predicted that June is the month that would take a dip before recovering in July. Hopefully this chart would be just referring to STI index, as many penny stocks have already dropped quite significantly even STI only dropped around 5-10% from its recent top.

Quick Update:

Trade on Monday 16/05/11:

Buy China Taisan @14.5cents
Buy Dapai (only transacted 1lot) @15.5cents

Market Outlook:

Seems like the news in US and Euro zone has set the mood right for market to plunge in end May or early June, as predicted in the fortune-teller chart that I have shared earlier. Even though I have mentioned many times that I will try to reduce my holdings even if I need to cut lose, I have failed to do so so far. Cut lost is one of the most difficult thing to learn/execute for me.

Instead of reducing holdings, I am now into 'shopping mode' once again. Will look out for oversold stocks as it is common during panic selling during correction. As usual, will sell with just half or one cent profit. Hopefully when school holiday comes, I would have more time to monitor the stocks and able to make certain critical decision/trade when time comes. In the mean time, hope ppl out there are full of bullets now, and are able to buy cheap cheap stocks during this correction! Cheerss!!

Quick Update:

No trade for the day.

Market Outlook:
Another boring day for me. STI is correcting as expected. However, pennies, especially my stocks pick did not have much movement. Have a bit of time and hence did some research on some pennies stocks.
China Animal Health - Drop to 27.5 cents on closing today, from the 32.5cents high recently. thats close to a 20% drop. This is in sharp contrast to the company recent Financial Report which post a improvement 60% in Net profit at around RMB58million.
Good prospect industry and the company gives out regular dividends. However, the thing that I am not very comfortable with this company is that the PE ratio is about 19+ (base on shareinvestment.com website). Will look to buy in if the price drop to 25 -26cents.

Fuxing: Another china company which deals with zippers. Good results for 1Q2011 and give out regular dividend as well. Relatively low PE of 9 and a respectable dividend of about 5%.
Will look to buy in if the price drop to about 14-14.5cents.

Qingmei: Base on the website I have shared above, Qingmei has a PE ratio of 3 and yield of 9.7%. Recently reported a good financial report as well. Net profit up 18.7% to around RMB73.2million. Company still expanding its production capacity as it shows confidence in the market. Drop to 20cents recently and was tempted to buy in. However, the price shoot back the next day when it reported its financial report. Now its at 23cents.
Will look at the company again if the price drop back to around 21-22cents.

Outlook:
Market continue its uptrend despite the rising in oil price, the persisting euro debt problem and also the possibility of a double dip for US housing sector. Even though STI is moving up, there are many pennies still not moving much. Will continue to queue to clear more whenever possible.

Outlook:
GE is over and the result is within expectations, hence no freak result. Therefore, I would think Monday should not have any huge sell off. This is furthermore strengthen by the fact that oil price continues to dip to $97/barrel. This will reduce the fear of very high inflation, slowly. This month, according to the feng shui chart, is supposed to be 'flat', then followed by a dip in June. Will continue to observe how the market turn out to be like. Now is still about 30+% cash in hand. Will try to reduce the stocks holding to just 50% by end of this month if no special event/news. That's even if i need to cut lose..

Quick Update:

Sold ISDN(bought @16cents) @17cents today

Outlook:
Intending to clear more stocks on Friday as I have a bad feeling for the market on Monday after the GE result is announced on Saturday. So will try to clear some even if its just break even or with a 5cents lost for some stocks. This would allow me to have more fund to buy back at lower price if the market does go down next week.

However, with the oil price tumbling down tonite, this might have a positive effect to the stocks in general in near term. It would be even better if the price continue to dip and goes below $100/barrel. Hence will still buy in some if the price is right.

Quick Update:

Buy in China Environment @20cents on 3rd May(Tuesday)
Buy in ISDN @16cents on 4th May(Wednesday)

Both reported First Quarter Financial Report after I have bought in the share when market closed. ISDN reported quite a good report and I would expect it to have positive effect on the stock in near term.

Market Outlook:

Have been busy following GE these days and hence didn't get to post much on the blog.
The market started correction at the end of April, especially the pennies. Quite a number of the stocks drop back close to the level during the correction in March 2011.

As mentioned previously, I will release more stocks before May when the price of the stock is right. However, due to greed, I did not follow this strategy strictly and hence, miss chance to sell China Taisan at 18-18.5cents. Now it is back to 15cents range. =.="

As for Market Outlook, generally feel its due for correction, especially for DOW side. However, during this period, I would still look out for oversold stocks and buy in a bit here and there. As I do not short stock, my only strategy would be buy in during this dip again. I will take profit whenever possible to my new holdings.

As for this GE, I would think the man in white would not perform well in terms of percentage vote. Hence, I would believe it would affect the market negatively in short term. Now is more excited over the GE results than in stocks. lol.
