Market Outlook:
Another boring day for me. STI is correcting as expected. However, pennies, especially my stocks pick did not have much movement. Have a bit of time and hence did some research on some pennies stocks.
China Animal Health - Drop to 27.5 cents on closing today, from the 32.5cents high recently. thats close to a 20% drop. This is in sharp contrast to the company recent Financial Report which post a improvement 60% in Net profit at around RMB58million.
Good prospect industry and the company gives out regular dividends. However, the thing that I am not very comfortable with this company is that the PE ratio is about 19+ (base on shareinvestment.com website). Will look to buy in if the price drop to 25 -26cents.
Fuxing: Another china company which deals with zippers. Good results for 1Q2011 and give out regular dividend as well. Relatively low PE of 9 and a respectable dividend of about 5%.
Will look to buy in if the price drop to about 14-14.5cents.
Qingmei: Base on the website I have shared above, Qingmei has a PE ratio of 3 and yield of 9.7%. Recently reported a good financial report as well. Net profit up 18.7% to around RMB73.2million. Company still expanding its production capacity as it shows confidence in the market. Drop to 20cents recently and was tempted to buy in. However, the price shoot back the next day when it reported its financial report. Now its at 23cents.
Will look at the company again if the price drop back to around 21-22cents.
